Where can I find department-based summative data useful for program review activities?


Summary: IR Institutional Research provides this data online under Institutional Information. To view PROGRAM DEMAND or enrollment data, such as primary or secondary majors click on Semester Enrollment and select year and then Primary Major & Class or select year and then Secondary Majors. To view majors by gender and race/ethnicity, click on Semester Enrollment and then select the year and then Department Gender & Ethnicity. For service courses production click on Student Credit Hour Service Load, then select year and then college. To view student credit hours and FTE by instructional type click on Student Credit Hours & FTE by Course Level then select year and then department. To view student credit hours and FTE by class level click on Student Credit Hours by Course and Student Level then select year and then department. To view STUDENT SUCCESS data such as degrees conferred click on Degrees Conferred: Five-Year Summary then select year and then degrees by department. To view degrees conferred by gender or race/ethnicity click on Degrees Conferred: Five-Year Summary then select year and then degrees by department, gender, ethnicity. To view LEARNING ENVIRONMENT data, click on class size: section-size detail then select year and then department. For freshmen at the college level, click on Freshmen Profiles and select year and then the previous fall freshmen to view the average high school GPA, high school rank, SAT & ACT scores, CCHE Index and first-year CSU GPA.
GRADUATE STUDENT DATA
Select year and topic of Graduate Primary Major History after clicking on graduate enrollment (majors) to review graduate student enrollment by semester.
Select year and the topic of Department Gender & Ethnicity after clicking on Semester Enrollment to view graduate student enrollment by gender and ethnicity.
Select year and topic of Degrees by Department Gender, Ethnicity to view graduate student degree attainment.
